Overview of Area: Our PCN stretches from Distington to just before Millom in the South covering some of the most deprived wards Nationally. We share our PCN with some amazing fells and lakes, the coastline runs all the way down the West side.
 

Did you know.jpgOur PCN team is made up of 6 practices, supported by a team of staff with a variety of skills to support our population including a care home team of advanced nurses, a paramedic home visiting team, first contact practitioners including a frailty physio, respiratory physio, Occupational therapy, Musculoskeletal (MSK) physio’s, Learning Disabilities nurse, Mental health and wellbeing practitioner (MHP) for children, Wellness team comprising adult and children’s social prescribers and health and well being coaches.
