With the official overall project of Primary Care Services North Cumbria coming to an end in the next few months we through this was a good time to have a recap of many of the pilots and projects which have taken place over the last few years.
Elements of the project will continue including this website and the connected social media platforms (as 'myhealthncumbria).
As a small team we have achieved a lot over the last few years which this montage will provide a snapshot of some of those projects.
A massive thanks goes to all who have supported over last couple of years from practices to patients, health events to inductions - NHS Primary Care Networks, Partner Organisations and North East and North Cumbria NHS (North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board at Place).
